It’s been a wet start to the morning but the rain stopped at 0930.   There will be lots of kitchen time this weekend. Dusty & Otis were the first to come in after breakfast.  They had a lovely time with Vesta and Luna but when the older dogs went off for a walk, they soon settled down to the sound of the washing machine.

It continued to be very wet all day so we abandoned garden play altogether and the puppies spent the day in the kitchen instead.  Slightly chaotic but so much fun! Our daughters and two of their friends came home for the weekend and together we introduced the puppies to the delights of “The Really Nasty Horse Racing Game” and “Scrabble” at the kitchen table.  The puppies took it in turns to come up to table level to see what was going on.  A very good time was had by all.  Hoping for better weather tomorrow … but today has been great as an introduction for the puppies to the delights of family life with all the accompanying noises!
