Hotter Wednesday

It has been exceptionally hot and humid here today. The puppies however seem bouncy, in good spirits and unaffected by the heat. There has been a breeze and plenty of shade in the run. They have eaten 4 good square meals today – no sign of diminishing appetites due to the heat, quite to the contrary.

All have enjoyed a good run out on the lawn this morning and this evening; four have spent the evening in the kitchen. The washing machine and dishwasher have quietly whirred in the background as well as all the news about our new Prime Minister. The pups are very up-to-date on the political scene!
